I have been meaning to make this gorgeous dish since last year! Maangchi, I had watched your video so many times before I attempted making it. I managed to source the lovely chewy sweet potato noodles and used more Shitake mushrooms as you advised, but less sugar. The result was so good!

It’s been a while since I have been able to communicate with you. My life has been busy with many happenings. So I’m happy to show you I made Gat Kimchi today, it’s winter here in Australia, Mustard Greens are in season. After watching you on your website, I got energised to make your recipe.
