      I have been meaning to make this gorgeous dish since last year! Maangchi, I had watched your video so many times before I attempted making it. I managed to source the lovely chewy sweet potato noodles and used more Shitake mushrooms as you advised, but less sugar. The result was so good!

      It’s been a while since I have been able to communicate with you. My life has been busy with many happenings. So I’m happy to show you I made Gat Kimchi today, it’s winter here in Australia, Mustard Greens are in season. After watching you on your website, I got energised to make your recipe. Thank you for the Love and encouragement you always give over your videos. Here’s to more enjoyable cooking time. P.s. my husband tasted it and said it’s yummy!! :)
