Once again I had a wonderful meal thanks to Maangchi’s recipes, even the dishes that are not actually here are inspired by this website :
I made samphire kimchi (incredibly simple and incredibly good) and stir fried kelp (with the kelp that infused the broth for sundubu jjigae)
The rest of the meal is entirely based on Maangchi’s recipes :
–Emergency kimchi (that is now well fermented)
–Dongchimi (served without water because I’m saving it for a future dongchimi guksu)
– Rice
–Sundubu jjigae (Korean spicy soft tofu stew)
