Sundubu jjigae is one of the best Korean stew !
There are many possible variations, kimchi, meat, seafood, vegetables, more or less spicy (the jiggae on the picture is made with pork, onions and a little bit of kimchi) but I definitly rated this stew on my top 5 when I made it the simplest way : mainly based on anchovy/kelp stock and gochugaru.
