Finally, perfect rice every time! We can’t get enough of it. I find that the brand of rice makes a difference. I get the BEST result with Megumi premium short grain rice. My kids love the crispy rice of course and I love the scorched rice tea, it tastes like popcorn. Delicious!

lol, your way of learning something new is absolutely right, Tosin. When you get accustomed to making the recipe, then you can modify the recipe to your taste.
