It’s a basic Chinese condiment for lots of stuff.
I always use oyster sauce in the kimchi , cause its hard to find fish sauce in Brazil , and my kimchi dont be bad =D

I don’t use oyster sauce in my kimchi. I used fresh raw oysters!
You could use oyster sauce when you make stir-fried rice or vegetable dish.
