When I lived in Korea from 2017-2019, one of my FAVORITE types of food was Korean-Italian. In the US, cream pasta is flavorless and bland. In Korea, though, cream pasta was ALWAYS delicious! SO flavorful!
I loved getting carbonara in a bread bowl, and I remember going to some restaurants and eating cream pasta that seemed to be seafood flavored.
I would love to have a Korean recipe for carbonara. An American recipe is unlikely to be flavorful. I am so desperate to find a recipe that matches how so many restaurants in Korea made carbonara! A seafood cream pasta would also be incredible.
