Today I made Kongnamul Gukbap for my family. I doubled Maangchi’s recipe to serve 4 people and it made four very generous portions. Unfortunately we do not have earthenware bowls, so I made the soup in a large, shallow pan as Maangchi suggested. Everyone enjoyed it, and no surprise! We always love Maangchi’s recipes!
