I made it the way my mom did – adding finely chopped radish in it. I also made it extra spicy simply because I grew up in Singapore and we love spicy food. =) It’s extremely simple, all I did was boiled the radish, garlic and anchovies first, then later on added the soybean sprouts. Add 2 tbsps of chili powder and a bit of soy sauce. Lastly green onions and a dash of toasted sesame oil. And viola! Healthy!

“adding finely chopped radish in it” I sometimes use radish, too! Delicious! You can add chopped kimchi, too! ooh yum ooh yum! : )
