I bought some canned mackerel a while ago, with your recipe of kimchi and mackerel stew in the back of my mind.
Today I finally cooked it! Instead of using potatoes, I’ve used some chopped up daikon radish. Do you remember the gochujjim I made last week? I’ve added a few of those as well. It turned out very spicy, we loved it!
