My first attempt was a failure… I ate it though :) (not enough oil in the pan so it got stuck to the bottom, resulting in a shattered and burnt pancake).
The second one was also a failure cause i put to much water in the dough resulting in a mash pancake.
Here is the third attempt, a success that i devoured (and it became obvious that my pan has to be changed, the bottom is not flat anymore).
Made it with a lot of onions and sour kimchi. Delicious
