My lunch today featured Maangchi’s recipes for Jumeokbap (fried rice balls with Korean hot pepper paste….I added Kimchi furikake I have), Ojingeochae muchim (dried seasoned squid) and her Mu Pickle Recipe from her cookbook.
There is also salted salmon, rolled omelette and asparagus.
This is one of my all-time favorite lunches and I make it for myself once a week!
