Made your jjajangmyeon recipe, it was delicious! Wasn’t as dark as your pictures for some reason, but it still tasted amazing. It’s a much denser dish than I expected, I needed a nap right after! I paired it with some yellow radish and kimchi from your recipes, and sweet pickled radish and wasabi pickled radish I made on my own :) my family and I loved it all!
