Finally I found where chunjang was hidden in the Korean grocery store :) so It was time to try jjajangmyeon ! Wahoww, very good !!
As always, when I try a new recipe for the first time I follow every step and proportions exactly, it’s sweet, salty, strong and savory.
Served with danmuji , sangchu-geotjeori, steamed broccoli and it’s Korean mustard vinaigrette.
