I had no meat, no eggs on the fridge but enough vegetables to make delicious and colorful kimbap.
I made my own “bamboo mat” with a “journal and plastic wrap mat” too, It really helped to have a regular shape.
I also tried the inside-out kimbap but the result wasn’t beautiful enough to send a picture (not yet) :)
So colorful! I should make gimbap soon! Looking at your photo makes my mouth water! : )
