This was a wonderful meal ! and I made it in a record time !
It was late for lunch time so I couldn’t wait for a broth and soaking the rice so I quickly chopped beef and garlic, added onions, zucchini, doenjang, sesame oil and 20 minutes later it was cooked. 5 more minutes with the rice cakes and tofu and it was done, « bon appétit !»
Served with tongbaechu kimchi, kkakdugi, ponytail kimchi (without the tail :) ), turnip kimchi and carrot kimchi.
The beef was tasty with a little fat, it gave a really smooth doenjang jjigae.
