This is a « must-taste » !
Very surprising because of the difference between the soft, cute way it looks and the taste that is, as written in the introduction of the recipe, absolutly not bland !
Actually I remember I smiled and said « ho ho, you’re a stinky one ! » as i opened the lid after a few days fermenting.
Once fermented, it exhales a strong smell but the crunchy texture, the clearness and sweetness of the brine make it light and refreshing.
It’s good and beautiful !! lets say it is « gootiful » ;)
