This kimchi is the very last kimchi made fot this winter.
Wen I made tongbaechu kimchi last week end I ran out of filling so I had a left over salted cabbage. « I’ll take care of it later ».
This is done, baek kimchi has joined beachu kimchi, kkakdugi and dongchimi in the fridge.
I made it with a lot of water but, hey after all… why not?
